No handicap league.

1. A victory gives 1 point, a draw 1/2 point.
2. A player's tournament total = points x points / # games played
3. The two players with the highest tournament total will play a best of 3 final
4. One may not play anyone twice.

Examples:

If you have won 6 games, drawn 3 and lost 4, you have 7.5 points after 13 games. Your tournament total is 7.5 x 7.5 / 13 = 4.3.

The elevator league.

1. 3 players in each division
2. 3 games per season in each division
3. one season is two weeks
4. ties in a division are resolved using 5 minute games
5. clock to be used if one player wants it (20 minutes)
6. first season: player with higher ranking in higher division
7. new players enter at the bottom

• division 1 - the winners of divisions 1, 2 and 3
• division 2 - the runner-ups of divisions 1, 2 and 3
• division 3 - the losers of 1 and 2 and the winner of 4
• division 4 - the winners of 5 and 6 and the looser of 3
• division 5 - runner-ups of 4, 5 and 6
• division 6 - losers of 4, 5 and 6
